The NATO Cyber Defence Centre organises CyCon, an annual high-level cyber defence conference in Tallinn. Participants from all over the world can attend both on-site and virtually. CyCon approached us to create a secure online environment where conference participants could register for the event, choose the sessions that suited them, create their own profile and pay for access to the conference.

It was also important for participants to be able to log in to the website with their own account, register for different lectures/social events, enter or edit different information about themselves and conveniently watch online broadcasts.

The other aspect, which is not obvious to the average user, is the administration environment that has been created to allow event organisers to quickly and easily manage conference participant information and plan upcoming sessions and joint events. For example, you can determine how many people will fit in which hall, who will attend which event, and generate tabular statements and reports on attendees. You can see if an event has been paid for, send out newsletters and take out the necessary reports on the event afterwards.
The design was created using the Figma web application, the site is based on WordPress and uses the WooCommerce platform to make purchases.
2024. In the spring of 2010, the site was also updated – the front-end was updated and new content was added. The design was also changed and the necessary sponsor logos were added.
