Our long-standing partner, the construction and real estate development company AS Oma Ehitaja, approached us to help create a website for a new apartment building under construction in Kitseküla, a settlement with a long and interesting history. The website had to visually stand out from other real estate websites and highlight the special character of the building.

The main objective of the project was to create a website running on WordPress with an easy-to-use REM (real estate manager), whose design would emphasize the uniqueness of the new house, highlight its interesting façade design and articulation, and provide an overview of what the apartment building has to offer the new homeowner.
As the main emphasis in this solution is on the idea of giving an overview of the house through visuals rather than text, we decided to use a left-to-right scroll. This is not something that is used very often, but it was perfect for this house. The design is created using the web application Figma, the site is built on WordPress and uses our own real estate manager (REM) plugin, which gives brokers the ability to edit all the apartment details in the price list in the admin area, including whether the apartment is booked or for sale.
2024. In the spring of 2009, the site underwent an overhaul – we made some requested improvements to the front-end and performed maintenance on the entire site. The more sub-pages, content and plug-ins you have on the site, the more important it is to keep it in good shape. If customer data is also collected through the page, it is also necessary to keep the page secure and prevent data leaks.
