Meliva Qvalitas AS is the largest occupational health care provider in Estonia and has been a client of Web Systems since 2020. The Qvalitas project is a very good example of excellent cooperation, where on the one hand a very knowledgeable, demanding and involved client and on the other hand Web Systems with its team and previous experience got their heads together and created a simple, functional and beautiful website for both the health care clients and the medical centre’s own employees. As Qvalitas has a very broad and diverse clientele, every last detail had to be well thought out, and the design and user interface had to be clear and understandable to users from as many different backgrounds as possible.
Self-managed content management system
When Qvalitas contacted us about three years ago, they wanted to modernise their website. The main concern was that the old website was practically unmanageable, it was difficult to change anything on their own, and so they always had to ask their partner at the time to make changes, which always took time. Since communicating the right information to their clients is critical for a healthcare provider, they could not delay in updating the information.
Thoughtful customer journey and necessary functionalities
Secondly, the different health services were not easy to find on the old website. Therefore, when designing the new website, care had to be taken to make the customer journey as simple and easy to understand as possible. In collaboration with the client, several different versions were designed, drawn and tested until the optimal solution was found. Among other things, registration for training courses, the search for doctors and job applications were added to the website.
Continued cooperation
The current website has been developed in such a way that you can change the content of the page from the admin environment, without having to contact us or another developer. After the first version of the website was completed, close collaboration continued. As Qvalitas rebranded, the website also had to be updated in 2022. Both the look and feel of the website and the menus were updated, as more services had been added and the original solution no longer worked as it had in the past.
