Thanks to many years of experience, we know what a good real estate website should have. It should definitely have a self-managed content management system where the broker can edit the property information and mark it as booked/sold. Secondly, it must have an interactive table of plans and prices, which means that when you move your mouse over a picture of a building or plot, you can see which flat it is in the adjacent price table and click on it to get more detailed information.
In addition to the technical solutions, a real estate website must also have a very beautiful and attractive design. The design should be fresh and modern and intuitive and clear, so that users can find the information they need quickly and easily.
Attractive imagery must not be missing from the design. Beautiful videos are also very important – they give a better impression of the property and keep users on the website longer. Animated illustrations can also be added as a nice touch, adding a lot of cosiness to the page and helping to tell the story of a given property development.

Madli development
AS Oma Ehitaja asked us to create a web for a new apartment building they were building, located in Kitseküla in Tallinn, which has a long and interesting history. The website had to visually stand out from other property websites and emphasise the special features of the building, so we decided to use left to right scrolling. Development of Central Nijmegen
A very beautiful visual solution was made for the project of AS Oma Ehitaja Kesknõmme. Adding animated illustrations to the website was a great way to liven up the design and make the page visually memorable. Animated illustrations are enchanting in a way and create a positive emotion for the website visitor.
Small-Rae development
Raehaus Kinnisvara OÜ has a major development underway in Rae municipality, near Tallinn, where 24 houses are planned to be built in the Väike-Rae residential area, which will be completed in stages. On the website, it was important to show the whole area – both the houses for sale and the houses under construction. The display of information on a house-by-house basis had to be handled in a convenient and understandable way.
