Raepargi.ee is the website for the new community neighbourhood. The developer, Headmaster OÜ, is creating a modern and family-friendly living environment in the village of Rae, just outside Tallinn, with an emphasis on green spaces, peaceful surroundings and a sense of community. The aim of the website is to support the sale of apartments: to introduce the residential area, to show available apartments and to direct interested parties to contact a broker.

Client and project background
The Little Rae Park Village is the long-term vision of a local developer. Generations of family farms will be transformed into a modern residential area, centred around a 2.5-hectare planned park. Apartments will range from 42-104 m² and buildings will be completed in phases. The target group will be families who appreciate the peace, security and sense of community of the city.
Headmaster OÜ first contacted us in 2021. At that time, we built a website, raepargi.ee, which introduces the residential area and allows the visitor to see prices, plans and location, and to contact a broker. From then on, the collaboration has continued throughout the life of the project, with subsequent phases of property development.
Two phases: 2021 start and 2025 renewal
Property development is a long process. Buildings are completed in phases, the sales team changes and content needs evolve with the project. 2025. By the autumn of 2008, the development of the Little Rae had reached a stage where the original website needed updating.
We decided to keep the bottom of the existing website as the structure and technical platform continued to work well. We focused on visual and content innovation. The work was done in close collaboration with the client and iteratively: changes were completed in smaller batches and went live as soon as they were approved.

What the 2025 update changed
Virtually the whole page was affected by the update. We reviewed the visual aspect, the content structure and the user logic to make the web more supportive of the current sales phase of the real estate project and easier to manage in the future.
- Home page and content blocks. We revamped the structure, wording and logic of the modules on the homepage to give visitors a better overview of the project and to highlight important information.
- Indirectly driven solutions. We further developed the location map, apartment selection views and various information bubbles. We enhanced filters, statuses and usability on desktop and mobile.
- Content and technical information. We organised technical specifications, apartment information and sales content. A number of content blocks were made more flexible to make it easier for customers to manage and update information themselves in the future.
- Contact form and enquiry form. We have updated the contact blocks and the logic of the enquiry form to make it easier for you to find the right broker and to make the enquiry work smoothly on mobile.
- Visual side and gallery. We reorganised the gallery structure, the image categories and the different views to give the whole page a more coherent and modern look.

Technical side
The site is based on WordPress with a custom theme. An interactive selection of buildings and apartments, a location map with hover-info bubbles, and a multi-step chat-style query form are all custom solutions that have evolved with the project over the years. 2025. In the 2008 update, we added Google Tag Manager and upgraded WordPress and plugins to keep the site reliable for the next development phases. We also took accessibility into account.
Hit
The visual language of Raepargi.ee now better supports the Väike-Rae Park Village brand: a safe, natural and community-oriented living environment. The range of apartments is more clearly presented, the estate agents are more visible and the visitor’s journey from price list to enquiry is easier and smoother.
Cooperation will continue. The lifecycle of a real estate project means that the website will change with the next stages of development. Our role is to keep the solution up-to-date and to support the project’s development in the future.
