Mobire.eu is the Mobire Group’s international business card. It provides a comprehensive overview of the company: who Mobire is, what they do and what services they offer. It targets business customers, partners and potential employees. The aim was to create a modern corporate website that conveys Mobire’s values and creates a coherent design direction for future websites.
Client and purpose
Mobire is one of the largest full-service providers in the Baltics. The company has been in business for over 20 years and is part of the international Alphabet OneNet alliance. The mobire.eu website acts as a corporate gateway to an international audience. Separate sites in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania showcase rental services in local markets.
There were two objectives. Firstly, the website had to give a clear and reliable overview of who Mobire is, what they do and who their services are for. Secondly, the design had to provide a foundation for the following Mobire websites, so that the whole family of websites was visually coherent. The designs were developed in close collaboration with the client.
Design focus: corporate and premium
Design is the central part of the page. The colour scheme is restrained and premium-feeling: a dark blue base and a moderate use of gold and pink accents. The typography is clear and modern. The top of the front page opens with a moving hero-video that creates a first impression and conveys the brand’s reach. The main menu is kept visible to give the user a quick overview of the entire offering.
Design is not just for one page. The same visual logic will be used by Mobire to create future national magazines, target group magazines and campaign magazines. This will help to keep the brand coherent and make it easier to create new pages.
Content blocks that appeal to business customers
The homepage is structured in clear content blocks, with each section fulfilling a specific role and targeting a specific audience.
- Hero video. Moving shots of the Baltic landscapes create a first impression and help to place the company in a wider context.
- Our business. An overview of Mobire’s business lines and services, leading to more detailed content.
- Our clients and Customers praise. LLogs and customer feedback help build trust. The section is also ready for video feedback.
- ESG block. Environmental, Social, Governance principles that highlight Mobire’s approach to sustainability and responsibility.
- Innovation. An overview of how Mobire’s services are evolving and what technological choices are being made.
- Mobire as an employer. The “Come and work with us” block gives an idea of the internal culture of the company and supports recruitment.
- Mobire in News & Media. News and media coverage showing the company’s activity and development.
- Alliances. A section to introduce the Alphabet OneNet alliance and partners, adding an international dimension.
- Contact us – two options in one form. The caller can select “Send a message” or “Book a call”. The latter opens Calendly’s time reservation directly on the page, so the user does not have to move elsewhere.
Technical side
The solution is built with a custom theme for WordPress. Content is managed through blocks that correspond to the design structure. Visitor form queries, both “Send a message” and “Book a call”, are stored in WordPress and sent to the sales team via email at the same time. This way, all the information is consolidated in one place. Calendly booking is integrated so that the user stays on the mobire.eu page throughout the process.
The magazine is in English. For country-specific leasing information, the navigation redirects to Mobire’s local pages. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are used for analytics. Hosting is on Zone’s cloud server. The site adheres to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements, which is our usual standard.
Hit
Mobire.eu fulfils its role as a corporate gateway. It gives a clear first impression to an international audience, appeals to the business client and supports recruitment. The design provides a basis on which Mobire can develop other websites in a coherent style. Collaboration continues and new developments are in the pipeline.
