4. Testing and optimisation

5. Going live
We move the page to the production environment, configure the server, SSL certificate and caching solutions.
6. Documentation and training
We hand over guides and train the client on content management. After completion, we also offer website maintenance.
How we differ from template-based providers
In Estonia, many offer website development for €590-1490 – this is usually a template-based solution where the ready-made theme is adapted to your content. It is suitable for certain situations: start-up, MVP, quick start.
But if a business wants a web solution that grows with the business and delivers real results over the years, professional development is essential. There are three levels of difference:
- Custom-code vs off-the-shelf theme – we build every page with clean, optimized code. Templates are slow, redundant and similar to thousands of other websites.
- Technical SEO from the start – Schema markup, Core Web Vitals, structured data, clean URL structure. Template-based solutions implement SEO later (if at all).
- Interfaces and special solutions – business software, CRM, payment solutions. Templates don’t support this – need to change platform as business grows.

The average website development project takes 6-12 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Larger business solutions and e-shops can take 8-12 weeks. The timeline also depends on the speed of content and feedback from the client.
Which platform do you use for web development?
Our main platform is WordPress with a custom theme. See the WordPress homepage. For the e-shop, we use the WooCommerce extension. For more complex projects we also use Laravel, React, Nuxt.js – we choose the best one according to the project needs.
Can you help with updating an existing website?
Yes. We offer new website development as well as upgrades and modernisation of existing websites. We will assess the condition of your existing site and recommend whether an upgrade is sufficient or whether it makes more sense to build a new one.
Do you offer after-development maintenance?
Yes. Once the site is up and running, we offer website maintenance, security upgrades, monitoring and further development. Long-term support ensures that the site will be up and running for years to come.
Does the price of website development include design?
Usually yes – the development price we offer includes UX/UI design, front-end and back-end development, content addition, testing and training. If you already have an existing design (such as Figmas), we can also negotiate a separate development scope with it.
